Located on the ground floor it is quiet thanks to the modern fixtures and is distinguished by the care in the decor. This design apartment is spread over two floors with the kitchen, large living room, and bathroom on the ground floor and the master bedroom with attached walk-in closet on the second floor. In the living room is a sofa with the possibility of becoming a double bed. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave and coffee maker; it overlooks the airy living room with a large window. RENT CONDITIONS: The monthly price includes electricity and gas utilities up to a maximum of 100€. In case of excess, extras will be deducted from the security deposit.
