My village is in the countryside and very rarely sees any foreigners even though it is only 5 km from Siem Reap and only 100 metres from the main road to Angkor Wat. All the villagers are very friendly even though mostly they do not speak English. The house is a large size on a large piece of land with gardens. I can provide you with tuk-tuk to Angkor Wat or anywhere and there are many places to walk around the surrounding countryside.
