A Call to the City
Il Viaggiatore
This apartment is located in the heart of Milan’s historic district, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. The Duomo is just a short walk away, as are Teatro alla Scalo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, where you can shop in the most exclusive boutiques. The apartment is a fuss-free home-from-home – you’ll have everything you need here, but the decor is simple. This home is a great choice for a couple or small family seeking a practical place to rest their heads. *Given the home’s central spot, expect to hear some noise throughout your stay – light sleepers may want to pack earplugs. *There may be stairs to climb at this home – check with your host if you have specific access concerns. *The style of this home is slightly dated. Perfect for culture lovers – this compact apartment is just a walk from the Pinacoteca di Brera art gallery and the Braidense Library. Sempione Park is within walking distance, too, and you’ll also be surrounded by designer shops, vintage boutiques, and restaurants. The home itself would suit a solo traveller, couple or small family as the bedroom also has a single bed (there’s also a cot available for a fee if you need one). You may hear a bit of street noise here, but then that’s to be expected in such a great city location. *There's no separate lounge here, so home comforts are lacking a little, though the single bed doubles up as a sofa if not required as a bed. *Given the home's central spot, you may hear some street noise during your stay. *If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace. Air Conditioning Central Heating<...

Milan Modernism
On the edge of Brera and Garibaldi, Artemis is wonderfully placed for both the nightlife that fills the area, and for getting to other parts of the city. The flat has a sense of individuality to it – the design is sophisticated, with lots of beautiful objects that elevate it beyond what you might reasonably expect from a place of its size. It’s all fairly valuable, so for that reason the host, Rita, would prefer to rent to adults, or at least not young children. *Given the value of some of the things in the apartment, Rita would prefer not to have guests under twelve *There's a hoover available on request *Unfortunately, there's no dishwasher *The fridge is stocked with beverages ahead of your stay *The bathroom is stocked with Aesop and Kiehl's products *The longest stay available at the moment is one month *There's only one set of keys for this home *Luggage storage is free of charge where available – ple...

Nocellara is on the eighth floor, so as you might imagine, the terrace has quite the view across the city. The big French windows also let lots of light in, and it’s too high for shadows from other buildings to interfere. The scarce decoration does hold the place back a bit – there are definitely more eye-catching places to stay – but for longer stays, Nocellara is excellent value and has everything you need to be comfortable. *There's no air conditioning in the bedroom *We weren't able to test the wi-fi speed when we visited, though there is a connection *There's nothing in the way of ingredients provided, not even oil or salt *The ceiling in the bedroom is sloped, which makes it hard to get round one side of the bed *In general, there could be more effort put into decorating the flat – it's quite bare Air Conditioning Balcony Bathtub Black-Out Blinds Buzzer / Wireless Intercom Central Heating<b...

This studio boutique studio apartment may be small, but its central location makes it the perfect home for couples and individuals looking for the independence of an apartment. While the original wooden ceilings and comfortable furniture make it a charming space to relax after a busy day. We would love to begin each morning here by throwing open the doors to the Juliet balcony to enjoy the fresh breeze and the views over the rooftops on offer as we sip a coffee. Then, head out and explore the sights and attractions of Milan. The columns of San Lorenzo are a short two-minute walk away, while the historic Duomo is reachable in fifteen minutes on foot. When it’s time for dinner, the restaurants and bars of Navigli are just nineteen minutes away on public transport. Then, return home for a relaxing night before you do it all again tomorrow. *Your host can provide a cot and high chair for free upon request *This home has a kit...
