Our personal attention for your stay
The minimum stay is 1 month and the maximum stay is 6 months. The flat under the eaves in the first floor has 46 square metres floor space and is completely furnished for maximum 2 people. There is a well equipped kitchen, with table and chairs for dining. The kitchen is open plan to the sitting room, which has a satellite flat screen TV, a blue ray DVD player, and a small stereo system with radio, CD player and USB. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet. Two further bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x 200) and a second one with a single bed (100 x 200) and writing desk. WLAN is available. There is a washing machine and dryer in the house at additional charge. In between cleaning on request is € 25 each and at the end of the rental period the mandatory charge for end cleaning is € 75.
