This cozy one-bedroom apartment is finished to the highest of specs with smart TVs in both the living room and the bedroom it’s a perfect place to relax and chill, this one also has a sofa bed so its perfect for sharing and keeping those costs down.
Kings House is a recently modernised and developed apartment block. The building originates from back in 1893 and it has kept all of its outside features and we have kept as many internal ones as we could. The block itself is situated on Shirley high street so everything you could possibly need is right on your doorstep amp; also we're just a 15 minuet walk away from Southampton central train station and everything that Southampton has to offer.
All the apartments in kings house are light, modern and have all amenities that a modern serviced apartment should have to offer (and more). Most of our apartments have open plan living with breakfast bars and stools to really maximise the space and give it that modern more social/relaxed feel. They all have smart TVs and comfortable seating so that you can have that home away from home feeling weather you're on holiday, working, relocating or just simply looking for somewhere to relax.
The bedrooms are a great size featuring double beds (king where we can) ensuite bathrooms and ample lighting. All of our accommodation weather it be Southampton City, Shirley or Bournemouth all have high speed internet.
