MCC02 - Lovely 3 Bed Detached Villa Private Pool, Mazarrón Country Club
This lovely, very modern and beautiful 3 bedroom villa is close to the entrance of the Mazarron Country Club complex, and is ideally suited for a wonderful holiday. The villa has a large private pool, mature gardens, tiled pool area, a BBQ area, and a balcony.
The villa has off road parking, but you also can easily park in the street. There is also a pedestrian gate to enter the property.
the villa has 2 entrance doors. One front door leads directly into the kitchen area, with all white goods, such as toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
The kitchen leads to the open plan living room with a dining area suited for 6 persons.
When you go further into the living room there is a fire place for the colder winter months, air conditioning in living room for summer and winter and comfortable sofa to relax. There is Spanish TV and internet available.
From the living room, doors open onto a terrace with patio set with views over the garden. The front dear leads onto a large terrace with a dining table to enjoy lovely diners and lunches overlooking the private pool area, an ideal place to laze away the day in summer and winter. there is also a table with seating made in stone that is covered with a pergola to get some shade.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, with double beds and built-in closets. There are 2 family bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Mazarron Country Club has a communal pool, tennis courts and a bar and restaurant. It is just a short drive from the nearest golf course at Camposol. The Camposol urbanisation also has a wide choice of bars, restaurants, cafés and shops. The villa is ideally placed to use as a base to explore the area, with the beaches of Mazarron just a 15 minute drive away, and the lovely Sierra Espuña around 25 minutes away.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking on terraces only.
