My apartment is on the 1st floor of an old building in the center of the city of Zagreb.It si refurnished recently and is very cozy
and nice. There is one berdroom, one living room, huge ktichen, two bathrooms and a balcony.
It has: air conditioner, eletrical heating, dishwasher, washing machine,microwave oven, cofee maker, frigde, smart tv, and two wi fi.s.
Five minutes walking distance are:
1. Sheraton hotel
2.pharmacy
3. hospital
4. shop
5.restaurant
6. exchange office
7. several coffe shops
8. pizzeria
Parking is in the street ( non free) and in a Sheraton hotel garage or Branimir center garage, needs to be payed.
Ten minutes walking distance are
1. railway station
2. bus station
3. post office
4. shopping mall
5. park

No Deposit for stays of less than 6 months!
If you cancel your reservation 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your reservation less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
