There is a bedroom with two single beds decorated with a summer touch, with air conditioning and built-in wardrobe, which shares a bathroom, and a beautiful bedroom with a double bed, also with air conditioning and built-in wardrobe, and a bathroom toilet.
The apartment includes free underground parking.
Below the apartment is the marina avenue with supermarket, bars and restaurants. In 15 minutes on foot you can reach the isolated Arrifes beach or the popular Pescadores beach.
