Casa Lorenzo is a wonderful 2 bedroom semi-detached house in São Rafael, just a 10-minute walk from this amazing beach.
The house, is a summer house, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining room, balconies in the bedrooms and a large fenced terrace with built-in charcoal barbecue. The villa is located in a closed condominium with a communal pool and garden.
The ground floor has a living/dining room, equipped with a sofa, air conditioning, cable TV, high-speed WiFi and a fireplace. The living room opens onto the south facing terrace, which has outdoor sofas and a dining table for 6 people. Still has 4 sun loungers.
Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and a kitchen equipped with everything you might need, which also opens onto the terrace through sliding doors.
On the first floor are: a family bathroom with a bath and the two bedrooms, each with air conditioning, queen size beds and built-in wardrobes. Each bedroom also has a south facing balcony.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and hand blender.
Please note that the pool is not fenced and children must be supervised at all times.
The tenant will also find all beds made, as well as bath and face towels for each guest. They also have at their disposal a change of towels and sheets to be able to manage their needs for washing and changing clothes.
The rental of 1 or 3 months always includes a complete cleaning of the apartment every 15 days. On the day of cleaning, the tenant must have sets of sheets available and washed so that the beds can be washed.
