Get experience in the originally self-designed apartment. We try to provide you with a friendly environment for your stay. All flat is renovated in modern ( marble bathroom, self-design oaken furniture) style with original art nouveau elements.

Flat is suitable for professionals, students on exchange, and internships - feel free to ask about the plan for the incoming months. I am trying to match people to feel comfortable and give them an opportunity to meet new friends in town.

No Deposit for stays of less than 6 months!
If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your reservation up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your reservation less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
