The location of the apartment is VERY GOOD, since it is located next to the City of Sciences (from the windows you can see the entire riverbed and the City of Sciences). Next to the entrance of the building, we have a supermarket, pharmacy, garden areas, and about 100 meters away is one of the most important Shopping Centers in Valencia (shops, restaurants, cinemas ...). Also, a few meters from the apartment there is a fairly large and free parking.

If you cancel your reservation 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your reservation less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
