It is a 45 square meters apartment with a large living room, a pretty room with a large space, a seperate kitchen and toilets/ bathroom
We provide fresh towels, bed linens.
It has free wifi and HD TV with international cable channels.
The kitchen has all modern equipment with fridge, cooktop, microwave/grill and coffee machine.
Shower and a separate room for toilets. Body gel and shampoo will be at your disposal. There are a hairdryer and an iron with an iron board.
To put your clothes and personal belongings, there is a spacious wardrobe.

4th floor of a modern and quiet building in the heart of the Opéra neighborhood, with secured doors before have the access to the apartment.

## Neighborhood

You will love to walk in Opéra, it is one of the best areas of Paris, trendy and famous all around the world !
Around the apartment you will also find many cafes, shops, museums and art galleries, public parks, traditional bakeries ... All this accessible by walking distance ! As the apartment is located in the center, you will have no problem accessing tourist sites such as The Louvre or Notre Dame.

## Transit

The accommodation is 3 minutes walk from Bourse metro station - line 3, and close on the other side to Richelieu-Drouot line 8 & 9.
From the 2 airports, there is at least 3 subway changes, I advise you a cab.
