garden house
I rent my little cozy garden house whilst away for work. It's an individual house with a big, jungle-like garden (be aware of tigers) on a pedestrian street on the outskirts of Barcelona. The house has a surface of 40 quare meters and the garden 80.
Don't expect a villa, it's a very basic house, rather a shed. There is everything to live but no luxury. The bathroom is in the garden, and you can get a nice hot shower. The kitchen has an electric oven and a butane gas cooker with 2 fires.
It has one big bedroom with a view of the tropical ficus, a living and working room and in the garden itself is a shed where you can sit when it rains or want to escape the sun.
If you don`t need luxury, it`s a really good place to stay.
Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas. But there is a lot of them and also shelter for rainy or too sunny days.
The beach is 15 min walk, there is tram, buses and metro (yellow line). There are no tourists and some very authentic, good and cheap bars around.
Primavera Sound and the Cruí¯lla Festival are held at 15 minutes walk from here!
You'd have to water the plants if you want to stay in the house. They are quite easy to care for but need water.
Please do not feed any of the cats. They are the neighbours' cats and are fed by them.

If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your reservation up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your reservation less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
