Your section of the apartment features a master bedroom (with a cozy double bed) and the living room (equipped with a single sofa bed). You will be sharing the fully stocked kitchen and large bathroom. with myself (an online educator and artist) and my elderly dog Harry. The building is old but charming. Make yourself at home!

If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your reservation up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your reservation less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
