The apartment consists of one bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom and hallway.
Apartment benefits from a beautiful view of the Old Town walls, Lovrjenac Fortress and the Adriatic Sea.
A complete renovation was undertook in 2020 and as such the apartment has all the modern conveniences including a large SMART television in the living room, another SMART television in the bedroom, air conditioning/heating in all rooms and strong WiFi throughout.
The bathroom consists of a very large walk in shower, sink, toilet, mirror and towel heater.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are three shops,a bakery and an Pizzeria/Coffee Shop.
This really is a lovely apartment situated in one of the prime locations in Dubrovnik. The location is very quiet but is only a stones throw away from the Old Town..in fact you can see it from the window :)
