The loft is in an Altbau, the traditional historical building of Berlin. The apartment is on the 5th top floor (no elevator), has just been renovated with a modern and elegant design, and is equipped with Made-in-Italy furniture.
The flat is in the heart of Neukölln, a bohemian and multicultural district full of new and experimental innovations. The loft is close to the Landwehr canal, where you can have a relaxing walk, many bars, restaurants, and fancy shops, and a few minutes from the U7 metro stop.
The apartment has a large living room with a kitchen island, table, and sofa. The space is very bright with large windows. There is also a reading corner with a rocking chair.
From the living room, there is access to a balcony with a street view with little traffic and quietness.
The bedroom has a large double bed and a closet to store clothes.
Lastly, the bathroom has a shower, toilet with bidet tap, and washer-dryer.
In case of need, there is a small studio where you can work.
The loft is on the fifth floor without an elevator. Access to the entire apartment is allowed.
Location:
A few meters from the house, a bus stop on the M41 bus takes you to the train station. About 9 minutes walking distance, a metro stop U7 takes you to the airport in about 30 minutes. Other bus stops are a few minutes walk from the house.
Miscellaneous:
The flat has some plants, and the tenant must take care of them.
We are looking for a plant lover to take care of them.

No parties, no smoking in the house (only on the balcony), and no pets.
