Past the living room, one can walk to the expansive terrace, designed with bamboo furniture and tropical greenery to create an escape from the metropolitan city. The area remains private with a custom made pergola, which partially shades the sitting area. The terrace is large enough to lounge on the sunchairs, or sit around the table with a few friends for an aperitif.
Retreat upstairs if you need a quiet spot to work from home, where you will find an office space as well as a second bedroom for visiting guests. The dark wooden divider creates a separation of the space, and the office comes with additional storage space.
Located past the dining area, the master bedroom has a queen sized bed adorned with linen sheets, and ample storage space. The scenes of landscapes and deserts hanging on the walls creates a peaceful ambiance for a good nigh. The bedroom leads to a second private terrace that has a table and two chairs, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee. The apartment comes with one full bathroom with a shower, located next to the master bedroom.
Additionally, the apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and SmartTV (Netflix access). The plants are live and vibrant, which you need not worry about tending with our self-watering irrigation system. The apartment comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, and air conditioning for your full convenience.
