Upon entering the apartment, guests are greeted by a large entrance leading to various areas. To the right of the entrance is the first bedroom, furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, and desk. The expansive living room is tastefully furnished with a sofa, coffee table, television corner, wooden bench, and side tables. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, featuring a table with four chairs and two dressers.
The sleeping (hidden) comprise two additional bedrooms, both equipped with double beds, large wardrobes, bedside tables, and drawers. A glass door separates the entrance from the corridor, leading to the second bedroom and the living area. The apartment includes two bathrooms, one with a shower cabin and the other with a bathtub that doubles as a shower.
The well-appointed kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, and washing machine. It is stocked with dishes and cutlery for six people, with a small table and two chairs completing the setup. The dining room provides access to the terrace, furnished with a table and four chairs, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxation. The apartment also features an air conditioning system for added comfort.
Parking is available nearby with white lines for free, while paid parking is an option with blue lines.
The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.
A tourist tax of 3.50 € per person per night applies for the first 10 nights of stay.
