Upon entering the apartment, you're greeted by a spacious entrance hall leading to the various rooms. To the left is the inviting living room, adorned with comfortable furnishings including a sofa bed, a TV corner with a DVD player, and a dining table for up to four guests. French doors open onto the terrace, allowing you to soak in the sights and sounds of Via della Mercede while dining al fresco.
On the right side of the entrance, a hallway leads to the informal dining area, which features a balcony offering picturesque views of the Quirinale, the Italian presidential palace. Adjacent to the dining area is the well-equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, fridge, microwave, and electric kettle.
Beyond the dining area, a wrought-iron door leads to the night area. The master bedroom is spacious and bright, furnished with a comfortable double bed, a single bed, a small breakfast table, and ample closet space. A sunny window provides access to the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the Roman sunshine from the comfort of your room.
Across from the master bedroom is the second bedroom, which offers views of Via della Mercede and is furnished with two single beds, wardrobes, and a chest of drawers.
