The living room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable couch and a dining table for four people. From here, guests can access the balcony, which also houses the washing machine. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and features a table for two people.
The sleeping area comprises a cozy double bedroom with a comfortable double bed and access to the balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a stall shower.
Cleaning costs, both initial and final, are included in the rental price. Additionally, bills are covered up to 70,00€.
The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.
