Some of the best museums and historical landmarks are in a small walking distance and you also have easy access to public transportation, including the subway and the famous 28 Tram!

Located in the ground floor, the apartment is located on a steep hill. It has direct access to the street, what allows you to get that really traditional neighborhood experience. Please notice that it's a compact apartment with only one window (main door). It's absolutely perfect for couples or small families looking for some nice days in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions within a walking distance.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The living room has Air Conditioner, a Flat-Screen TV and a comfortable sofa-bed.

* City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights.
* The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
* Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
* The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
* Check-in time starts at 14:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Never leave them inside the door lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
* Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
