The newly built house in which this apartment is situated, has a built-in elevator. You can expect spacious and bright rooms that can accommodate up to three people.
The bedroom is equipped with excellent "double bed" that is perfect to unwind in anticipation of the day ahead. If you feel like sitting back and relaxing, the living area offers a SMART-TV with satelitte connection and access to NETFLIX & co for your enjoyment. Free high-speed WLAN guarantees smooth playback in HD and a great overall internet experience during your stay.
There are many excellent bars and restaurants close-by, but if you prefer dining in the comfort of your own home, you also have a fully equipped kitchen to complement your stay. This includes cooking pots etc. and a NespressoTM️ coffee machine.

The sofa in the living room can easily be turned into a comfortable bed if needed. It has a slatted frame and a continuous mattress without a fold in the middle.
Guests who are traveling by car, can use one of the numerous garages that are close-by.
This fully-furnished apartment is located in the midst of the city center, also known as the first district. All the relevant sights are within walking distance, the most luxurious shopping streets right around the corner and the historic monuments and restaurants/bars are just a stone`s throw away.
Additionally you will be delighted by the excellent public transport links. The U3 (orange line) and U1 (red line) station is in front of the door, whereby the latter takes you in only three stops directly to the Hauptbahnhof – Viennas Main Train Station. The tram lines 1 and 2 are just a few walking minutes away.
