The shared living space is unique, with the CEO living in one of the flats and joining in on events.
The area has excellent connections to public transport, with the tram (1, 6, 18) just 1 minute away on foot, the metro station (U1) a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride away, and Matzleinsdorfer Square with some city trains just a 10-minute walk away. The shared flat, located on the 4th and 5th floors, has an elevator and two floors, with all rooms separately accessible. The kitchen, three bathrooms, and two toilets are all for common use and separately accessible. The shared area is cleaned by staff every two weeks, and you can request cleaning services for your room for a small extra charge.
The kitchen is a big community and meeting area, with a dishwasher and all the equipment and dishes you need for cooking and eating. Two bathrooms include a laundry machine.
