LOCATION
The Apartment is centrally located in the city`s popular Lend district. From here, you can reach all the universities and colleges in about fifteen minutes, the Volksgarten for sports or chilling in about five minutes, and in four minutes you can get to Europaplatz by the station (tip: the local shops are also open during weekends).
But Graz is also a great city for biking along the Mur River or through the small side streets. It is a lot of fun – whether you`re going to university, to work or just visiting friends. If you`re not one for physical activity, just grab a city bus, tram or night bus. Or, if you have time, go on foot. Because Graz is big but somehow small. Perfect for you to study, work, enjoy and connect.

The monthly rent for this accommodation depends on the duration of your stay with us and looks as follows:
rental period 10 months+ : 759 Euro per month
rental period 12 months+ : 729 Euro per month
We offer special laundry rooms with several machines depending on the location. These might have an extra cost for usage. For more information please just write us a message.
MOVE IN IS POSSIBLE DURING THE MONTH, HOWEVER THE RENTAL CONTRACT STARTS FROM THE FIRST OF THE MONTH. A Registration is mandatory!
