The night area consists of 2 double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, the flat is fully equipped and furnished, with everything necessary to enter to live, it has air conditioning and heat pump, the WIFI is also included in the price.
The property has been totally rehabilitated and has an elevator, it is very central, a few steps from Plaza Universidad and Plaza Catalunya.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price
LOCAL TAXES (.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
