The living room is comfortable and bright, has access to a cozy balcony overlooking Carrer de Lepant. The kitchen is modern and integrated and has all the utensils and appliances to cook from home. It also has a small table for quick meals and breakfasts.
The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms. The first room has a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and closet. The second bedroom has a single bed and an open closet. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment has heating, air conditioning in the main room and high speed wifi.

The apartment is located on Lepant street, just a few minutes walk from the spectacular Sagrada Familia. It is part of the Sagrada Familia neighborhood, within the Eixample district.
This area of Barcelona has a residential atmosphere, very familiar and close. It has all kinds of essential services around such as supermarkets, local stores, bars and restaurants with terraces, where you can enjoy the atmosphere of Barcelona.
The apartment is located very close to Gaudi Avenue, which joins two important architectural works: The Sant Pau Modernist Site and the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia. This avenue, full of trees and terraces invites you to enjoy a drink while appreciating the tremendous monuments.
At the same time, it is very well connected to reach any part of Barcelona. The nearest metro stop is Sagrada Familia (L2/L5), a 5-minute walk away.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price
LOCAL TAXES (.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
