Cozy apartment in Vilamoura, inserted in a condominium with swimming pool and public parking in the surroundings (reservation is not possible), located in a quiet and familiar area, with lots of green areas and about 2km from the Marina and Pinhal Golf Course..

With 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people, it has a spacious balcony with furniture to dine or just relax enjoying the great climate of the Algarve..

It is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and all linen and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper..

The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. For your convenience, we have two options:.

1) Check-in takes place directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm, in case you answer us your arrival time in the message that we will send you the day before the stay, or inform us by email or telephone at any time..
2) If you do not inform us of your arrival time 24 hours before check-in, you can come at any time to our Welcome Center in Vilamoura, open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, where you can collect your keys (the entry into the accommodation is still from 3:30 pm)..

Please note that late check-in takes place directly at the accommodation and has the following costs:.
- From 19:00 to 00:00 = 30€ Euros.
- From 00h = 50€ Euros.

We also offer a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability on request)..

Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Otherwise, (hidden) reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost..

PRICE DESCRIPTION: Because we also work with short-term rentals, the prices generated here vary from month to month, what we do is we divide the total amount of rent you will have to pay for the desired period and divide into equal monthly payments, this way is less confusing for both of us and you do not have to pay a different amount every month. You can check the total amount you will have to pay when you select the dates and click on "View what you'll pay".
CALENDAR DESCRIPTION: Our availability is constantly being updated, and because we work with short-term rentals, sometimes you might find that the place is unavailable for a few days during the period you requested. Which means that the place is unavailable for your requested period, you can always look at my profile and check if there is any accommodation available for your entire desired period, but be aware that the quicker you are, the more chances of getting the accommodation because other people might book it in the meantime.
