This space is located on the ground floor of the building in a quiet area. Quiet neighbourhood with multiple services. And 10 minutes from downtown. Located 5 minutes walk from the bus station. Ideal for getting around on foot, bus, taxi or electric vehicle rental.
The basic rules of coexistence and sleep must be respected. And be extremely careful, especially when moving around the building.
Please note:
- The amount of the deposit depends on the intended length of stay. 1- 4 months will total a 600€ deposit. From 5 months and onwards, a 900€ deposit applies.
- Utilities are included up to 150€.
- A fortnightly change of sheets is included in the rental price.
- A weekly cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
