➤After booking please ensure the pre requirements form is filled in in order to receive your check in details in time before your arrival.

✘ No Smoking Allowed - there is a £300 charge for any guests caught
✘ No Parties + Gatherings Permitted - guests will be given one warning and after this this will lead to an immediate security eviction with no refund - there is a £200 charge to cover all costs incurred
✘ We kindly request guests to refrain from creating loud noise or causing noise disturbances on the premises. If this is not followed there will be an eviction.
