This is a small but comfortable studio apartment fully equipped and furnished, ready to move in.
The kitchen has all the utensils, crockery and appliances you need to cook, from ceramic hob, a fridge with small freezer, microwave and washing machine.
The bed is double and has a closet located at the entrance. The bathroom is complete with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
*The neighborhood:*
The apartment is located in Calle de Berlin, in a very quiet area. At 6 minutes away is the Sants station (L3/L5), which is the main train station of the city so you can take trains to national and international destinations. The L'illa Diagonal shopping center is 9 minutes away, where you will find all the stores and restaurants.
A 10 minute walk away is the Parque de la España Industrial, this is a very quiet area, perfect for walking, sports and outdoor activities. It is also very well supplied in the surroundings with all kinds of stores such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price
LOCAL TAXES (.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.
The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
