THE HOUSE
Gregor`s house is a guesthouse in the summer and a home away from home to Slovenian and exchange (Erasmus) students & interns the rest of the year.
Kitchens in shared flats and studios at Gregor`s house are fully furnished. All beds come with matching size duvets and pillows. A set of bed linen and a towel are also included in the costs. Upon request, can provide a care package for you (new bed linen & towels). You will be provided with assistance in case of situations such as personal emergencies, repairs, registration etc.
LOCATION: The house is located near University of Ljubljana`s Faculty of Sports, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences. It is located only 2.4 km (a 7 min bus or bike ride) from downtown Ljubljana, providing good access to the bars and restaurants of the old city centre and venues such as Križanke (Summer festival concerts). The popular alternative hang out spaces such as Metelkova Autonomous Cultural Zone and Orto Bar are located even closer.
NEAREST FACULTIES: Faculty of Sports (0.5 km), Faculty of Medicine (1.5 km), Faculty of Health Sciences (1.9 km), Faculty of Law (2 km), Faculty of Theology (2 km), Academy for Theatre, Radio, Film and Television (2.5 km), Academy of Music (2.8km), Faculty of Architecture (3.1 km), Faculty of Economics (3.2 km). There are direct bus lines to all above-mentioned faculties. All other faculties are located in the radius of 3,5 km to 5,5 km.

The listed rent is for 5 month or 10 leases . It is listed in euros per unit per calendar month.

COSTS & BILLS
Estimated costs/bills per studio: First semester - 70€ per month, second semester 70€ per month. Costs include all utility bills: heating, cooking gas, electricity, water, Broadband internet (cable and WiFi), garbage disposal, council charges (zemljiški prispevek)...,.
On request (for supplement), we can provide cleaning of shared spaces (mandatory in the summer months from mid-July). The cleaning increases the monthly costs to up to 100 per month depending on number of gusts and frequency of cleanings.
Final deep cleaning of the room, shared kitchens and bathrooms is not included in costs.
