The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils, utensils and appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival, such as ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker.
The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms: The first bedroom has a double bed, closet and access to the terrace; and the second bedroom has a single bed, a spacious desk and closet. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower.

The apartment is located on Diputació street, 3 minutes walk from Plaza Universidad (L1/L2) and 12 minutes from the most important square of the city: Plaza Catalunya, where you will find a wide range of stores and several metro, train and bus stops.

TERMS:

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price
LOCAL TAXES (.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
