It has 4 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, a huge and fully furnished living and dining room and a kitchen that, not only has the basics, but also comes with a microwave and washing machine.
This apartment is in the Aluche neighborhood, in the Latina district. If you hop on the metro you`ll be able to quickly go to Complutense University of Madrid and Politecnica University. Near the apartment you can find several restaurants, shops and pretty close to the Casa de Campo park. On Sundays, El Rastro flea market draws large crowds to the area for lunch after shopping.
The closest metro station is *Campamento (Line 5).*

Rental conditions:
- Free Check-in time: 9:00h - 18:00h from Monday to Friday.
- We offer to pick up service from the airport with a cost of 65€+VAT
- The utility costs are as described in the listing. Nevertheless, if the usage of utilities exceeds the amount that the fixed price for utilities covers, it might be that extra costs will have to be paid.
