It has two double bedrooms, each with a double bed and a large closet. The first room with balcony overlooking the street Riera Blanca. One bathroom with shower.
Large living room with double sofa bed, dining room for 6 people, and fully equipped open kitchen. Balcony with table and chairs and a small balcony near the kitchen.
Note: This apartment is for monthly stays greater than 31 nights.

The final cleaning is not included in the monthly price. It will be 60 eur.

- More than 5 months stay 2 months.
The utilities (water, electricity, gas, Internet) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rental price. To cover these utilities a deposit of 200 eur/month is payable by the tenant.
