We have a minimum rental period of 3 months. Our rental price includes WiFi, bike racks, waste separation and a secure door lock system. The images given are examples of the apartment category to be booked and may differ from the apartment actually booked. Cellars with washing machines and dryers are also available for an extra charge. You can book a cleaning service - this is paid for separately and is not included.

- 170 EUR / 2x a month
- 270 EUR / 4x a month
Please note that in the event of a rental extension, the rental prices can be adjusted by the landlord. Please note that pets are not allowed in this listing.
The check-in takes place daily from Mondays to Fridays from 13:00 to 17:00 free of charge. Check in after 17:00, and during weekends and holidays, is not possible.
The indicated monthly rent applies to the moving in of three tenants, for each additional tenant an additional charge of (220.00 €) will be charged.
All apartments are furnished and have a shower room and a small built-in kitchen. We also offer larger apartments.
