The Hostal - Restaurant la Casona Jover was founded in 2009, structured in a typical colonial building built in 1867, it is 300 meters from the city center. It is a house of traditional plant, built in the mid-nineteenth century, which occupies an important plot of the Colón street, one of the main arteries of the city. Despite having more than one hundred and twenty years, the house retains its original spirit, establishing a harmonious dialogue with the furniture and decoration, necessary for its new function as a hostel.
