Big and bright bedrooms, for female guest, in Salamanca neighborhood (Madrid) You'll share the apartment with us, Asun and José (aged 61), our dog Pipo, a 13 year old miniature schnauzer, and another guest. We live in one of the best neighborhoods in Madrid (Salamanca / Goya), which has an unbeatable transport network. Our apartment has 150 m2, 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (not ensuite). "Bedroom 1" (Peñalver) is 20m2, with two balconies, very bright and has all the comforts. "Bedroom 2" (Ayala) is 12m2, with 1 balcony, bright and has all the comforts. Sheets, pillows, blankets and towels are provided. The private guest bathrooms are located close to the rooms and have everything you need (EACH ROOM HAS ITS OWN BATHROOM). House cleaning, including the guest rooms and bathrooms are done frequently (periodic disinfection of the entire house) and sheets and towels are changed once a week (usually on Tuesday). Guests can use the washing machine once a week (additional usage charge: €4) and portable clothesline and iron are provided on request. light Breakfast is INClUDED in the price of the room.
