Sports fans – this villa will be right up your street. With the golf courses of Espiche, Boavista, Golfe de Santo António and Palmares all within a twenty-minute drive, and a private tennis court at home, it’s easy to keep active when you stay here. For those keen to relax, sun-kissed terraces await, with a private pool to cool off when the Mediterranean climate gets too much. Prefer to splash around in the sea and sunbathe on the sand? The blue flag beach of Praia da Luz is a mere three-minute drive or fifteen-minute walk away.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*The bedroom curtains here don't fully block out the sunlight. If you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask.
*We recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's parking available for two cars here.
*Noise must be kept to a minimum between 11pm and 8am out of respect for neighbours.

Cancellation Policy (Super Firm 60 Day):
Guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 60 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 60 days of local check-in date and time.
