Located on a storybook street just a few blocks from Gramercy Park, this is an extremely popular neighbourhood amongst the rich and famous, for obvious reasons. It's easy to tell that the hosts have put a huge amount of effort into this stunning three-story townhouse. The walls are lined with art, and the open-plan living area and rich use of wood give this home a welcoming and lived-in feeling. The luxury bedding, jacuzzi tubs and steam showers are just the cherry on top of an already impressive space.
*This townhouse has lots of stairs and although there is a lift, the host doesn’t want guests to use it
*The patios face other buildings and therefore don’t have amazing views
*The third bedroom has two queen-sized beds, so privacy might be an issue here
