This 17th-century farmhouse is situated in the peaceful Marche countryside, just 70 kilometres from the sea and close to the villages of San Severino Marche and Torre del Parco. Offering plenty of space across the main house, plus a separate annexe that sleeps up to four guests, you'll have access to two kitchens and living areas here. Best of all, however, is the garden set-up featuring a swimming pool overlooking the landscape with a sun terrace and a jacuzzi hot tub. Although the home's traditional elements may not be to everyone's taste, modern furnishings present a comfortable space where guests can relax after days out discovering the Province of Macerata and surrounding areas.
*One well-behaved dog is welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to maximise your stay. There's free parking on the premises.
*At full capacity, four guests will sleep in the separate annexe house featuring its own kitchen, bathroom, living area (with a single sofa bed) and bedroom with a king-sized bed and a single sofa bed.
*One of the bedrooms is on a mezzanine above another bedroom and is accessed via an open staircase, so it lacks privacy. Children will also need to be supervised at all times on these stairs.
*The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
