Elsewhere, the dining room has seating for four and a convenient workspace for anyone who can't quite leave the office behind. Finally, there's a compact kitchen equipped with everything you might need to whip up family feasts, plus an inviting bathroom with a Victorian rolltop bath for some evening 'you' time.
Upstairs, you'll find the three bedrooms, including a lovely main room with plenty of clothes storage so you can unpack and settle in. The second bedroom features a stunning custom-built shelving unit that houses everything from books to houseplants, while the third bunk room is perfect for the kids.
The cottage is under a quarter of a mile from the beach and there's a highly rated fish and chip shop just a few doors down, so order yourself a catch of the day and eat in the dappled sunlight of the courtyard garden, or head down to the beach for an impromptu alfresco dinner overlooking the sea.

*The bathroom is on the ground floor
