The home is geared towards comfort and easy living, with smart, modern interiors and sleek, contemporary furnishings. Step out from your open living space onto the covered terrace to lounge or eat alfresco in the shade. And we love the lower ground floor playroom, where young and old can get together for a game of air hockey or some fun on the Playstation. There's even a sofa bed down here for youngsters.
Spend your days walking the coastline or playing on the beach, and don't forget to visit nearby Korissian Lake – a nature reserve known for its cormorants and flamingoes. Back at home, work up an appetite on the outdoor gym equipment while the kids make the most of the swings and slide, before lighting the barbecue for a well-earned meal by the pool.
