Then take a five-minute dander down to the historic Grassmarket for a rummage around its antique markets and a whiskey-tasting session when it's time to warm the cockles. And no stay in Old Town would be complete without a visit to Edinburgh Castle (six minutes on foot) to walk in the footsteps of Scotland's ancient kings and queens.
When it's time for some rest up, you'll love the Scandinavian design aesthetic of this home. And though it's studio living, we think it's expertly formed.
