There is even a cinema room with a projector and a basement playroom for children. Go for a game of ping pong under the lush canopies of the trees, or let the kids play in the gardens while you catch some rays on the row of sun loungers. The historic Art Nouveau style sets this villa apart, and its roots in the local area are apparent from the village chapel attached to the back of the home.
When it comes to exploring the local area, you're in for a treat – you'll already be immersed in the surrounding village, and you'll be just a short drive from the main shopping centre where you'll find some fantastic local restaurants and bars, as well as a supermarket for all the essentials you might need during your stay. A little further afield you'll be able to get on the highway and take a day trip to some of the culture-rich cities of the regions of Umbria and Marche.
