This Luxury Townhouse located on a Golf Resort in Budens, is a terraced 2 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse. It has a spacious lounge/dining room leading out to an outside terrace, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and roof terrace with views of the golf course and with a BBQ. Inside, enjoy the stylish decor in a modern property. Outside, enjoy the upmarket golf and spa resort. Ideal for families or winter stays.
The Budens townhouse is centrally located within the development, close to the pool located at reception, parking in front of home, and easy access to golf. Very good views over the course. Also an excellent option for long term rental or summer family holidays.
Guests have access to a pool near the local reception, a central leisure complex including pool, children’s pool, spa and gym, and several restaurants, and of course the golf course, bowls green and driving range. Services/access at some of these are paid.
Smoking outside please. No pets. The area is quiet and upmarket, and other guests expect neighbours to act accordingly. No late night parties or unruly behaviour. This is not the ideal location for a boys (or girls) night out!
The tennis facility can be found at the main entrance of the resort, comprised of two hard courts and two artificial grass courts. Also located next to a welcoming Italian restaurant, a tennis lesson or game can be followed by a tranquil lunch.
