Villa Mandali 19 is a 2 bedroom semi-detached property located in a quiet area at the borders of Central Protaras within walking distance to the beach and all amenities. Within 10 minutes' walk you can be in Central Protaras Strip where you can find amazing bars, restaurants, supermarkets, kiosks, kids paly grounds, pharmacies, clinic and some of the best beaches in Cyprus while 10 minutes'walk in the oposite direction you will find Pernera Centre with its own beautiful beaches and more high e-nd bars and restaurants. Just outsite the complex ther is a bus stop and the service runs day and night during the high season connecting all the main spots and beaches of Protaras and Ayia Napa
Even though it is a 2-bedroom the villa features a very comfortable garden and pool area complete a pergola covered patio and BBQ, sunloungers, tables and chairs. The pool is 4x8m large and the whole outsite area is nicely lit at night and ideal for a relaxing family vaction.
The ground floor is an open plan kitchen, dining and living room area with a fully equiped kitchen a dining table for 6 persons, comfrotable sofas and large flat screen TV. The villa features two bedrooms both air-condiioned and with ceiling fans and a window and a balcony making them very breezy and comfortable even in the hot summer nights.

Area description
Villa Mandali 19 is within walking distance to bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, all the best beaches and much more.
At Central Protaras only 1km away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the famous Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with lots of water sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any watersport you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the villa, less than three minutes’ drive away is the Central Protaras Stip and on the other site the Pernera area with it's own strip of restaurants which are favored amongst the locals for the their high quality.
