Beautiful 2-room apartment in Hosterhausen, close to Rüttenscheid area. Both famous Gemarkenstrasse and the shopping street Rüttenscheider Strasse are in walking distance, the two of them being the central meeting points of both districts. The University Hospital in Hufelandstrasse makes Holsterhausen a top medical location. Public transportation such as tram, underground train and busses are nearby (S-Bahn, U-Bahn and bus).
The apartment is fully equipped and suitable for 1-2 persons. The kitchen includes among others a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, and dishes. There is also a washing machine. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower option. The apartment has a free wifi connection, free digital TV and a telephone including free landline calls within Germany. The rent includes a cleaning service (approx. every 10 days). Optional: Mattress 140 x 200 cm to lay on the sofa bed.

We highly recommend the “RÜ” (Rüttenscheider Strasse) offering excellent shopping possibilities and a diversity of restaurants. Today it is considered as one of the hip places in Essen. Nearby Grugapark offers relaxation as well as sporting facilities. The University Hospital of Essen is only 200 meters away. The two-room apartment is very spacious and well designed.
