The apartment has been renovated to a high standard and is fully furnished. It is located on the mezzanine floor of a charming period building. The apartment has an area of approx. 30m² and is equipped with a high-quality kitchen (incl. coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, extractor hood, etc.). There is central heating and a nice, small bathroom that is worth seeing. A washing machine is also available in the apartment.
The apartment can ideally be rented for at least three months and in any case for a maximum of 6 months. For shorter stays, the Viennese local tax (tourism fee as in hotels) will be charged on site. The maximum rental period of 6 months applies per person.
