Our single family home is in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs, CO. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, parks, river and more. A recently renovated first floor includes custom large kitchen, open concept living room with deck off the main area to enjoy meals outside. Downstairs private tv room can also be used as a third bedroom if needed. Upstairs is the primary bedroom with walk in closet and en suite. A second bedroom, work space with small kitchen, desk, tv and couch, and the second recently updated bathroom are also on second floor. Enjoy the outside on the private patio or balcony off the primary bedroom. Family friendly neighborhood. Enjoy all the beauty of Steamboat in the summer. Hikes, bike riding, Mtn biking, river floating, rodeo, free concerts downtown, and more.
Notes:
A deposit of 50% is due up front with the final payment due the week before check in plus security deposit of $500 which will be refunded at the end pending no damage to property.
If for any reason you need to cancel 50% will be refunded. Must be over 25 to rent here and provide valid license/passport. Lease required to be signed at time of deposit.
