Slightly raised above Copenhagen’s busiest shopping street, Strøget, Pantomime is right in the action. We love the cosy window seat that allows you to enjoy all the hustle and bustle from a quiet afar. It might not be luxurious, but it has some cool features like the industrial-style wall divider, marble-clad bathroom and the retro Vissevasse posters. Due to its size and sleeping arrangements, this home is well-suited for a small family or group of friends that enjoy each other's company. * The design is on the simple side – it feels a little like a hotel and it's not luxurious* This home is right next to Strøget – you might be able to hear some noise coming from the street below now and then* Guest 3 and 4 would be on a sofa bed in the living room* There’s currently no home manual – you’ll have to ask for help on how to use the appliances* When we visited, we noticed some scuff marks on the walls here and there* There are some fake pl...
Copenhagen does not get more central than this. Located right on Strøget, Ice Black is a lovely compact, clean and modern apartment. A beautiful marble bathroom and chic black finishes really make this home feel high end, and the big windows in the living room add a luminous feel. That said, it does verge on feeling like a hotel, so if you’re looking for a proper lived-in home for your stay, this one might not be for you. * The building has no elevator, so to reach the apartment you need to use some stairs *Guests 3 and 4 would sleep on a sofa bed in the living room *Even though the glass wall is a really cool design feature, it doesn't allow for much privacy in the bedroom or the living room *As it's located right on Strøget it might get noisy at times* The home has a hotel feel to it Carbon Monoxide DetectorCentral HeatingCoffee MakerCooking EssentialsDishwasherDryerEspresso MachineFire ExtinguisherFreezerFridgeHair DryerHangersHigh...

Set in a renovated home that dates back to 1880 and opens up to a beautiful garden, Lykke (meaning happiness in Danish) is all we want from a Copenhagen home. Bright and luminous, it sets the scene for a wonderful holiday with the family. The immediate neighbourhood has a distinct character (it’s on the quiet side), but it’s filled with beautiful buildings and swanky villas. We love the delicate combination of colours, Danish design icons (Arne Jacobsen, Verner Panton), and the eye-catching posters from the host’s own company. *To get to the master bedroom, you have to walk through the study*Frederiksberg is great for families, not so great if you’re looking to be close to all of the hustle and bustle*The master bedroom is on the small side*This home is split across two levels – be prepared for some up and down*This is a lived-in home, expect to share the space with some of the hosts’ belongings like toys, toiletries and clothes*Both b...
